Late March 2026

Project started. The idea: build an AI system that runs the full business loop — research, create, approve, publish, measure, improve.

Early April

Technology stack chosen: Python, FastAPI, Redis, Supabase, Cloudflare R2. First database schema drafted.

Mid April

Core engine working. Eight AI agents running the loop end-to-end in mock mode. Google Sheet prototype retired.

Late April

Agent count reached twenty. Printify integration built after Etsy API was blocked. First products listed.

Early May

The frozen video bug discovered and fixed. Real video pipeline with motion, captions, and audio working.

Mid May

Full security audit completed. Path traversal, XSS, CSRF, CORS hardening. Authentication gate added.

Late May

Dashboard redesigned around revenue instead of agent showcase. Weekly founder report added. Advisory board review received (6.8/10).

Early June

First paid product launched (£19 Starter Kit on Lemon Squeezy). Consulting page with Cal.com booking went live.

Mid June

MailerLite email integration live. Build Journal launched. Growth Lab Library pages deployed. Plausible analytics installed.

June 18

Real media pipeline verified: Leonardo images, ElevenLabs voice, Cloudflare R2 uploads all working in production.

June 19

First LinkedIn post published. YouTube channel created. Cal.com booking embed live. Supabase fully operational.

June 20

X/Twitter integration audited. Social posting and Video v2 pipelines reviewed for production readiness.
