The system works: contracts checked, builds logged. Necessary. Never sufficient.

TAIGL running real businesses our founder owns. Real operations — but we grade our own homework, and say so.

The record, as it stands.

Every row is a real programme record — not a marketing composite. Rows carry no journal links yet because the Journal opens at launch; nothing here pretends to be a link before there is something to open.

2026-08-09TECHNICAL Scout Design v1.2 frozen for implementation. Founder QA rejected the engineering-functional first pass; the experience was rebuilt and accepted.
2026-08TECHNICAL Standard brief structure completed. Score and basis, executive summary, signals, risks and recommended actions became first-class, source-carrying fields.
2026-08-11DECISION Scout visual direction approved and frozen. Four canonical reference frames accepted after a Founder review; implementation fidelity is measured against them, not against a mockup.
2026-08-18TECHNICAL Device-QA findings remediated. Founder QA on real hardware found unsupported allowance readouts and dead controls; the counters were removed rather than invented, and a long-idle sign-out defect was fixed. Release qualification continues — Scout is not released.
2026FOUNDER-OP Modern Mystic, operated with TAIGL. A real niche brand — research, product, marketing — run with the system. Graded below.

A spiritual-products brand — research, product creation, marketing, trading — run by TAIGL's founder with TAIGL doing the work. It exists to prove the system on a business we control before we ask you to trust it with yours.

What it proves: the system can carry a real niche end to end. What it cannot prove: that it works for a stranger. Those are different claims; this page keeps them in different classes.
