Delete your TAIGL account.
This requests deletion of your TAIGL account — the shared TAIGL identity you use across TAIGL products, including Scout — and the associated product data held against it. You can submit the request from here without the app.
What happens next (no instant deletion)
Submitting this form records a pending deletion request requiring identity verification. It does not instantly delete anything. A person at TAIGL confirms you own the account (for example by replying to the verified email on file or asking you to sign in) before any deletion happens. This is deliberate: your TAIGL account is shared across TAIGL apps, so we verify ownership rather than delete on an unverified email. In our backend this is stored as pending_verification until ownership is checked.
What deletion covers
- Your TAIGL account (shared identity) and the associated product data held against it across TAIGL apps.
- Transient submitted source — your text/URL/image source is already encrypted and purged after a successful analysis (and within 24 hours of any failure); it is not kept as a separate retained record.
- Server-side Scout records vs device-saved briefs — server-side Scout jobs/results/provenance/flags can be erased via Erase my Scout Lite data in the app; device-saved briefs (seen as “Saved briefs remain on this device”) are stored on this device and are deleted via Delete saved briefs on this device. Both are separate actions and neither by itself deletes the shared TAIGL account.
What may legitimately remain
Records we must keep to meet legal, financial, security or abuse-prevention obligations may persist on their governed purpose-based criteria. For THE AI GROWTH LAB LTD, company accounting/tax records are kept for 6 years from the end of the last company financial year they relate to, or longer where required; records from a preceding sole-trader period follow the self-employed rule applicable to that period (at least 5 years after the 31 January submission deadline for the relevant tax year). Data-rights and complaint records are kept 3 years after closure, and security/abuse records 12 months unless under investigation. Everything else is removed once the request is verified and processed. See the Privacy Notice for the full retention schedule.
Timeframe
We action verified requests without undue delay and within the timeframe the law requires. You'll receive a confirmation at the email on your account.
