These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of theaigrowthlab.co.uk and the TAIGL Engine application (the "App"), operated by The AI Growth Lab ("we", "us", "our"), a UK-based business. By using our website or App, you agree to these Terms.

1. What We Provide

The AI Growth Lab provides an AI-powered business operating system (TAIGL Engine) that we use to create our own original content and products, review and approve them, and publish them to our own social media accounts and storefronts. The wider TAIGL ecosystem includes Modern Mystic as a separate sister/proof brand, not as the same brand as The AI Growth Lab.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our website and App lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, scrape or redistribute our content without permission, or use our website for any illegal purpose.

3. Third-Party Platforms

Our App connects to third-party platforms (including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, X, Etsy, and Printify) to publish our own content to our own accounts. For TikTok, TAIGL Engine uses the Content Posting API only to upload original videos we created and manually approved to TikTok account(s) we own. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms, including TikTok's Terms of Service. We only publish content we own that has been manually approved by a human.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, digital products, software, and materials we create remain our property. This includes product designs, written content, video content, the TAIGL Engine software, brand names, and visual identities. You may not copy or redistribute without permission.

5. Purchases

Products purchased through our storefronts (e.g. Etsy, Printify) are subject to those platforms' policies, including returns and refunds terms.

6. Email Subscriptions

By subscribing to our email list, you consent to receiving requested content plus occasional related communications. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Disclaimers

Our website and App are provided "as is" without warranties. Information shared is for educational purposes and does not constitute business advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our website or App.
